Contact-form details are used only to read and respond to your enquiry. Private-gallery access, failed password attempts and downloads may be recorded with a time and gallery reference for security and administration. Basic visitor analytics may also record an approximate city, region and country, visit time, device/browser type, estimated visit duration, whether the same anonymous browser has visited before, which Incognito Planet site area was visited (main or admin, live or development), pages opened and selected website actions such as viewing a gallery or starting a download.
Approximate location is derived from the visitor IP address using an external IP-geolocation service; the full IP address is not stored in Incognito Planet visitor-location records. Activity tracking records action labels only and does not store contact-form contents, passwords, Authenticator codes or private form values. A random browser identifier is used to estimate New/Returning visits and is not intended to identify a person. Incognito Planet does not sell visitor information. Viewing or downloading a photograph does not transfer copyright. Images may only be used for the purpose agreed with Incognito Planet or the photographer.

Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to bypass passwords, download controls or private links. One-time links may close after their first successful use.
Gallery availability, file formats and download access may change. Keep your own copy of any authorised download. Contact Incognito Planet if a gallery or download does not work as expected.
